Consider a motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor, Manager and Village Clerk to enter into an agreement between the Village and Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association (PBA). ACTION b. RESOLUTION - AMENDING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE PAY. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution amending Section 4.06, Certification and License Pay, of the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village of North Palm Beach. 2 REGULAR SESSION AGENDA -THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2001 ACTION RESOLUTION -AMENDING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR NEW HIRE RATE. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution amending the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village of North Palm Beach regarding hiring new employees above minimum rate; and pay rates for transfers, promotions or demotions. ACTION d. RESOLUTION - ESTABLISHING POLICY FOR RENTAL FEES FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution establishing a policy for renting Village recreational facilities and setting fees. ACTION e. RESOLUTION -SUPPORTING MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS CONSORTIUM'S BID AWARD. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution supporting Municipal Public Safety Communications Consortium (MPSCC) award of bid to MACOM, Inc. for county- wide communications. ACTION 14. ADJOURNMENT Next Ordinance 32-2001 Next Resolution 92-2001 If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
