The Consent Agenda is designed for the purpose of expediting issues considered to be of a routine or

a. RESOLUTION - PBA AGREEMENT. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the
Mayor, Manager and Village Clerk to enter into an agreement between the Village and Palm
Beach County Police Benevolent Association (PBA).

b. RESOLUTION - AMENDING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE PAY. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution amending
Section 4.06, Certification and License Pay, of the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village
of North Palm Beach.

ACTION
RESOLUTION -AMENDING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR NEW
HIRE RATE. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution amending the Personnel Rules and
Regulations of the Village of North Palm Beach regarding hiring new employees above minimum
rate; and pay rates for transfers, promotions or demotions.

d. RESOLUTION - ESTABLISHING POLICY FOR RENTAL FEES FOR
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution establishing a policy
for renting Village recreational facilities and setting fees.

e. RESOLUTION -SUPPORTING MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS
CONSORTIUM'S BID AWARD. Consider a motion to adopt a resolution supporting Municipal
Public Safety Communications Consortium (MPSCC) award of bid to MACOM, Inc. for county-
wide communications.

evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the
nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make
additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
