PUBLIC HEARING -Thursday, September 26, 2002 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in
the Obert Meeting Room of the North Palm Beach Library is the time and place for a Public Hearing on
the following proposed ordinance:
BILL 1076 - CREATING A COMMERCIAL P.U.D. ON NORTHLAKE BLVD. A proposed
ordinance creating a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) for a mixed use redevelopment
project upon those certain lands consisting of 3.10 acres, more or less, located at 401 Northlake
Boulevard within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibits"A" and "B" attached;
providing for a landscape plan with automatic irrigation; providing that all infrastructure improvements
shall be private and maintained by the fee simple owner; providing for review and approval of deed
restrictions by the Village Attorney prior to recordation in the public records; setting fort requirements
to be met by the Petitioner prior to issuance of the initial building permit; providing for time of
commencement and time of completion for the CPUD; providing for approval of temporary signage by
the Village Planning Commission; and providing procedure for modifications to the CPUD.

2. ADJOURNMENT
If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered
at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may
need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony
and evidence upon which the appeal is to based.
This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to
the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make
additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
