presentation of Prosperity Farms Road workbook of preliminary recommendations.

e. HIRING FREEZE POLICY -REVISION. Discussion concerning amending the hiring freeze
policy from reporting individual vacancies to Council through the agenda process to creating a
quarterly reporting process for information purposes only.

f. HOUSING PLANS -VILLAGE HALL EMPLOYEES. Discussion concerning housing
plans for personnel during renovation of Village Hall.
g. JOB DESCRIPTIONS -REVIEW. Discussion concerning review of job descriptions for the
Village Manager's office.
h. VILLAGE TREE-TRIMMING POLICY -REVIEW. Discussion concerning the Village's
policy on tree-trimming and consideration of amnesty days for debris collection.

i. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS NPBCC. Discussion concerning recommendations by the
Country Club Advisory Board regarding additional benefits for Club members.
POWERWARE GLOBAL SERVICES -MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. Discussion
concerning maintenance agreement in the amount of $4,456.00 for uninterrupted power supply in
the Dept. of Public Safety.
