a. STATE FIRE PREVENTION CODE. Discussion concerning adopting the Florida Fire
Prevention Code, 2001 Edition, effective January 1, 2002.

b. TRIPLEX REEL MOWER -PUBLIC SERVICES. Discussion concerning bid award to
Kilpatrick Turf for triplex reel mower in the amount of $11,995.00.

c. BUDGET TRANSFER -ACCRUED BENEFITS. Discussion concerning budget transfer in
the amount of $40,000 from A5540-49914 (Reserve-Raises & Benefits) to A5540-49916
(Reserve-Accrued Benefits) to cover deficit in the account caused by unexpected terminations.
REMARKS
d. BUDGET TRANSFER -OVERTIME PAY -PUBLIC SAFETY DEPT. Discussion
concerning budget transfer in the amount of $20,000 from A5711-11210 (Regular Pay) to
A5711-11400 (Overtime Pay) to cover deficit caused by loss of personnel during fiscal year
2001-2002.

award work for construction of library lighting.
