a. LEASE AGREEMENT FOR NPBCC RESTAURANT - J.E.D.L. Continued discussion
concerning athree-year lease agreement with J.E.D.L. to provide food and beverage service at
the North Palm Beach Country Club.

b. AUDITING SERVICES CONTRACT -HAAS, DIAZ & CO. Discussion concerning draft
agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach and Haas, Diaz & Co. for auditing of the
Village's financial statements for year ending 9/30/02 and preparation of the Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report.

CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PROGRAM AND CONTINGENT EXPENSE ESTIMATES.
Discussion concerning establishing the 5, 10, 15 and 20-year capital equipment requirement plan
and a contingent expense estimate policy.

f. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD PROJECT - PROPOSALS. Discussion concerning
approving shortlist of three proposals as ranked by staff for construction design and permitting
services, including constructions services, for the Prosperity Farms Road project, in the amount
of $325,000.

g. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD -JURISDICTION. Discussion concerning a resolution
requesting transferring jurisdiction, control, title and interest of a segment of Prosperity Farms
Road from the county to the Village of North Palm Beach concurrently with awarding the
construction contract for the traffic calming, beautification and recreation corridor
improvements.
