Discussion concerning draft agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach and Haas, Diaz & Co. for auditing of the Village's financial statements for year ending 9/30/02 and preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE. Discussion concerning Munis accounting software. REMARKS f. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD PROJECT - PROPOSALS. Discussion concerning approving shortlist of three proposals as ranked by staff for construction design and permitting services, including constructions services, for the Prosperity Farms Road project, in the amount of $325,000. REMARKS g. PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD -JURISDICTION. Discussion concerning a resolution requesting transferring jurisdiction, control, title and interest of a segment of Prosperity Farms Road from the county to the Village of North Palm Beach concurrently with awarding the construction contract for the traffic calming, beautification and recreation corridor improvements.
