a. CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PROGRAM AND CONTINGENT EXPENSE ESTIMATES.
Discussion concerning establishing the 5, 10, 15 and 20-year capital equipment requirement plan
and a contingent expense estimate policy.

b. VILLAGE LOGO. Discussion concerning a sample ordinance reserving the use of the Village
wheel as its' logo for its sole use.

c. GOLF MEMBER BENEFITS. Discussion concerning Ad Hoc Committee recommendations
for golf member benefits as described in Committee Minutes dated 8/26/02 to enhance the value
of golf memberships.

by the Village from public funds to private organizations.
