AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM ACCOUNTS IN THE NORTH PAIr7 BEACH BUDGET WHERE
THEY ARE NO LONGER NEEDED INTO A NEW EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE
ADDITIONAL GASOLINE TANK CAPACITIES; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
IN THAT ONE OF THE EXISTING GASOLINE TANKS SPRUNG A LEAK WHICH IS NOT
PRESENTLY REPAIRABLE AND PERMITTING THE PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE ON ONE
READING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach budget for fiscal
year 1975-76 is hereby amended as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached to this
Ordinance and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance must be passed on one reading in
that an emergency exists requiring the purchase of additional gasoline
tank capacity for the Village of North Palm Beach since a leak in the
' existing buried gasoline tank has occurred causing a substantial amount
of gasoline to be lost and creating a public safety hazard.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

to Account No. 14-404, Maintenance, Capital Outlay, for the replacement
of buried gasoline storage tank.
