Introduction The project is located in the southeast corner of US-1 & Yacht Club Drive and consists of 1.42 ac of developed land. The existing development consists of a 10,000 sf restaurant. A commercial & residential mixed use is proposed to include 1,580 sf of office, 1,950 sf of retail, & 21 townhouse units. II. Design Criteria 1. The project shall provide on site detention for the runoff from 2.5" of rainfall or 1"minimum. 2. The roadway grades shall be above the peak stage of a Syr-lday storm. 3. The finished floor elevation of the buildings shall be above the peak stage of a 100yr-3days storm. 4. The perimeter elevation shall be above the peak stage of a 25yr-3days storm. III. Recommendations In order to comply with design criteria, it is recommended that min of 0.31 A-F of dry retention be provided by means of exfiltration trenches with inlets constructed in the low points of road side swales. ertified on this 17`h day of January, 2006 Jeff H.
