Ordinance 1976-003 Penalty to Members of NPBCC for Delinquent AccountsORDINANCE N0. 3-76 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, 1 AMENDING SECTION 10.5-40 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, BY PROVIDING A PENALTY TO MEMBERS OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB WHOSE ACCOUNT IS DELINQUENT BEYOND TWO BILLING PERIODS BY SUSPENDING THAT PERSON'S RIGHTS TO UTILIZE THE FACILITIES OF THE COUNTRY CLUB UNTIL SALD ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BROUGHT CURRENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 10,5-40(4) of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 10.5-40(4). In addition to the penalties set forth in subsections (1) and (2) above, any person whose account for membership fees or for goods and services purchased at the country club is delinquent beyond two billing periods shall have his membership privileges suspended at the country club and shall no longer be entitled to purchase goods and services or to utilize the facilities at the country club until he has brought his account current." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage. PLACED ON FIRST READING THIS 12 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1976.
