AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE C-lA AND C-1 ZONING DISTRICTS TO
THF. R-3 ZONING DISTRICT.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property is hereby removed
from Zoning District C-lA and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wit:
Lots 130 to 157, the East 51.67 feet of Lot 160, and
Lots 161 to 195, all inclusive, and Tract B of
PALM BEACH LAKE WORTH ESTATES as recorded in Plat
Book 25, Page 168, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Section 2. The following described property is hereby removed.
from Zoning District C-lA and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wit:
Block 1 and Lot 1 of Block 3, VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH PLAT N0. 1, as recorded in Plat Book
24, Page 202-206, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Section 3. The following described property is hereby removed
from Zoning District C-lA and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wi.t:
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18 and 19, MARINA ADDITION
to the Village of North Palm Beach, as recorded in
Plat Book 27, Page 98, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Section ~1. The following described property is hereby removed
from Zoning District C-lA and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wit:
Tract F of PORT O'CALL, according to the plat
thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and. for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 28, Page 166.
Section 5. The following described property is hereby removed
from Zoning District C-1 and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wit:
Lots 3, 3A, 4, 5, 6 and 7, GOLFVIEW ADDITION
to the Village of North Palm Beach, as recorded
in Plat Book 28, Page 199, Public Records of
' Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 6. The following described property is hereby removed
from Zoning District C-1 and placed in Zoning District R-3, to-wit:
Lots 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, and Lots 24 through
26 (less the West 175 feet of Lots 24 through 26), RE-
PLAT OF MARINA ADDITION to the Village of North Palm
Beach, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 172, Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 7. The Village Clerk is directed to reflect the
' rezoning set forth above upon the Official Zoning Map of the Village
by hatching or other appropriate means.
Section 8. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
