AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENllING CHAPTER 36 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY INCREASING
THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF RESIDENTIAL LOTS FROM 75 FEET TO 85 FEET AND THE
MINIMUM LOT AREA FROM 7,500 SQUARE FEET TO 10,500 SQUARE FEET, AND BY
' INCREASING THE MINIMUM LOT AREA FOR CORNER RESIDENTIAL LOTS FROM 9,000
SQUARE FEET TO 13,000 SQUARE FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 36-33 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 36-33. RESIDENCE LOTS---(1) Lots zoned, restricted,
used. or intended for use for residences shall have a width
of not less than eighty-five feet at the setback line and an
area of not less than 10,500 square feet.
(2) Corner lots shall have a width of not less than ninety
feet at the setback line and area of not less than 13,000 square
feet."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
