AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
SETTING FORTH THE PLANNED USE OF FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THE STATE AND
LOCAL FISCAL ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1972, INCLUDING AN ESTIMATE OF INCOME
TO BE RECEIVED AND THE SPECIFIC AMOUNTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE VILLAGF,
INTENDS TO SPEND THE FUNDS WHICH IT EXPECTS TO RECEIVE FOR THE FIFTH
ENTITLEMENT PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{~
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach expects to re-
ceive the sum of $55,826.00 from the State and Local Fiscal Assistance
Act of 1972, Title I of Public Law 91-512, approved October 20, 1972,
for the Fifth Entitlement Period ending June 30, 1975.
Section 2. The Village of North Palm Beach intends to spend.
the following specific amount for the purpose set forth below, and said
amount is hereby appropriated for said purpose:
' Public Safety Cardiac Arrest Unit $55,826.00
Section 3. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
and. directed to submit to the Secretary of the Treasury the Planned Use
Report required under the Federal Act referred to above.
Section 4. The Village Clerk has published. a copy of the
Planned Use Report in the Palm Beach Post, and has advised all the news
media within the geographic area of the Village of North Palm Beach
of its Planned. Use Report and has provided copies thereof to those
radio and television stations and newspapers which requested same.
Section 5. A copy of the Planned Use Report and the in-
formation supporting said report has been available for public in-
spection at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, North Palm
Beach, Florida between the hours of 9:00 A.M, and 4:30 P.M., Monday
' through Friday of each week since Friday, May 24, 1974.
