AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 18.5 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, IT BEING
THE GAS CODE, BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
GAS CODE, 1969 EDITION WITH 1973 REVISIONS THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}i,
FhORIDA:
Section 1. Section 18.5-11 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 18.5-11. ADOPTED BY REFERENCE---(1) Under
the authority of Section 165.191, Florida Statutes,
the Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts by
reference thereto, the Southern Standard Gas Code,
1969 Edition with 1973 Revisions thereto, as the
gas code for the Village. There has been for at
least ten days last past and shall be during the
time that this code is in effect, three copies of
such code kept available for public use, inspection
and examination."

Section 2. This Ordinance"shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
