AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A FISCAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NOVEMBER 1, 1973 TO
SEPTEMBER 30, 1974, BOTH INCLUSIVE, FOR THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT AND
' DEBT SERVICE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND FOR THE PARTICULAR
USE OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB; APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
EXPENDITURES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1974, revenues for the General Government Fund and Debt Service Fund
of the Village are anticipated as set forth on Exhibit A attached here-
to entitled "The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, General Fund,
Statement of Estimated Revenue" and by reference made a part hereof.
' Section 2. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1974 the expenditures for the General Government Fund and Debt Service
Fund are hereby appropriated as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto
as Village of North Palm Beach Budget for the Fiscal Year 1973-74
consisting of Pages through both inclusive, which Exhibit is
by reference made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. That for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1974, revenues for the North Palm Beach Country Club are anticipated
as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto entitled "The Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida Country Club, Statement of Estimated Revenue
1973-74" and. by reference made a part hereof.
Section 4. That for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1971
the expenditures for the North Palm Beach Country Club are hereby
' appropriated as set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto as Village of
North Palm Beach Country Club Budget for the Fiscal Year 1973-74 con-
sisting of Pages through both inclusive, which Exhibit is by
reference made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
