AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMF,NDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, BY
INCLUDING ALL PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE IN THE FIRE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village o£ North Palm Beach Code is
hereby amended by adding a new section to be numbered Section 16-23,
wliic}~ said section shall read as follows:
"Sec. 16-23. FIRE DISTRICT---All property within
the village shall be included within the Fire
District."
