BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{, I'LOR I DA Section 1. That Section 2-17 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 2-17. ORDER OF BUSINESS---The following order shall be observed in the transaction of business, but such order may be varied by unanimous consent of the councilmen present: 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation 3.
