AMENDING SECTION 2-17 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH CODE BY
CHANGING THE ORDER OF BUSINESS TO BE FOLLOWED AT MEETINGS OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{,

Section 1. That Section 2-17 of the Village of North Palm
Beach Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 2-17. ORDER OF BUSINESS---The following
order shall be observed in the transaction
of business, but such order may be varied by
unanimous consent of the councilmen present:
1. Roll Call
2. Invocation
3. Pledge of Allegiance
4. Approval of Minutes
5. Report of Mayor
6. Petitions and Communications
7. Statements from the Public
8. Reports of Special Committees
9. Village Manager's Report and Recommendations
10. Village Treasurer's Report
11. North Palm Beach Country Club Manager's
Report and Recommendations
12. Ordinances
13. Resolutions
14. Miscellaneous Business"
