Ordinance 224 Annexing Waters' PropertyORDINANCE N0. 224-71 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIllA, ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN TWO MILES OF THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID MUNICIPALITY TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH. WHEREAS, George M. Waters and Mary Anne Waters, his wife, have petitioned the Village of North Palm Beach to annex certain property owned by them to the Village of North Palm Beach, and W}{EREAS, said property is within two miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the annexa- tion of said property would be both advantageous to the property and to the municipality, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the following described property be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the Village of North Palm Beach and said property shall be and become a part of the municipality of the Village of North Palm Beach with the force and effect as though said land had been originally incorporated in the territorial boundaries of the Village of North Palm Beach: Land located in Burchfield's Plat of Juno, Plat Book "B", Page 48, D.B. "G" Page 142 Dade County records, Section 4, Township 42, Range 43, Palm Beach County, Florida. All of Blocks "A" and "B", all of the abandoned area of Heyser Street lying South of Blocks "A", "B" and "C". All of Blocks "C", "D", "E" and "F". The abandoned alleyway running North from Heyser Street between Blocks "A" and "B"; also including a strip of land used by the Jupiter and Lake Worth R.R., being 120 feet in width, extending from the low water line mark on Lake Worth, on a Northwesterly direction through said addition; together with an easement here- tofore granted to the additional riparian thereunto appertaining. D.B. "D", Page 484, Dade County. The East 25 feet of the abandoned alley running North and South on the West Side of Blocks "C" and "D"; the North 25 feet of the abandoned area of Sun Street and all of the abandoned area of Spencer Avenue lying between Blocks "E" and "F". To- gether with any submerged land now owned and riparian rights as they pertain to the property. Section 2. In accordance with Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code said property is hereby placed in Zoning District R-1, Single Family Dwelling District.
