Ordinance 1971-011 Adopting Laws of FL State LegislatureORDINANCE N0. 11-71 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO COMMIT ANY ACT WHICH IS OR SHALL BE RECOGNIZED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS A MISDEMEANOR WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. It shall be unlawful to commit within the corporate limits of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida any act which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the State of Florida as a misdemeanor and the commission of such acts is hereby forbidden. Section 2. Violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
