VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 8:32 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
Bill No. 458, a proposed ordinance providing for the submission BILL 458
to the electors of said Village a proposed amendment to the
Village Charter, said amendment to provide that the sale, lease
or improvement of certain Village owned real property located
within the corporate limits of the Village can be made only after
the approval by a vote of the Village electors in a Referendum
Election called and held as provided by law; providing an
effective date should the amendment to the Charter be approved at
such Referendum Election; providing a severability clause;
setting forth the form of the question to be voted upon at said
Referendum Election, and for other purposes, was postponed until
' the workshop session of July 10, 1986.
A discussion was held concerning Bill No. 485, a proposed BILL 485
ordinance prescribing reasonable rules and regulations with
reference to the placing and maintaining along, across or on any
road under the jurisdiction of the Village, the electric
transmission, telephone, or telegraph lines, pole lines, poles,
railways, ditches, sewers, water, heat or gas mains, pipelines,
fences, gasoline tanks and pumps, or other structures, pursuant
to Section 337.401, Florida Statutes. This item will be placed
on the July 10, 1986 regular session agenda.
A discussion was held concerning a proposal from Ranger COUNTRY CLUB
Construction Company in the amount of $33 per ton, fora total of ASPHALT PAVING
$6,600, to do the first phase of paving of the Country Club PROJECT
parking lot, the money to be expended from the ROF Account. This
item will be placed on the July 10, 1986 regular session.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
