Mayor Moore called the Workshop Session to order at 10:00 p.m.
All members of'~the Council and staff were present.
Mr. Intersol of Teal Way in North Palm Beach questioned people
who anchor their boats in Prosperity Harbour. His questions
were answered by Council and the Village Attorney.

Discussion was held concerning the reclassification of Jane RECLASSLFICATION
Lerner and Maureen Beaupre of the Public Safety Departmer-t.
After sane discussion it was decided that these positions
could be reclassified to Clerk Typist Dispatther for Mrs. Lerner
and Clerk Records Dispatcher for Mrs. Beaupre as long as the
increase meets 8%.
Discussion was held amceming the range and over requested for
the Country Club. This item wtll be placed on the next Regular
agenda of July 8, 1982. The monies to be taken fran accotmt
~p63.1-572-62.11 (kitchen renovations from the Bond Construction
Fund Accotntt.
Discussion was held amcerning memorandums fran Steve Sandusky
and the Village Manager concerning changes at the Country Club
to get the budget back in line. It was decided that the hours
for the collection of fees at the golf course could be staggered
so as to include those early hours of the mornings. Council
wanted to make sure that the reductions ix- man-hours did not
being the full-time people below the mrota-t needed to be eligible
for benefits.
Discussion was held concerning a memorandum fran Ray Howland on
the Country Club budget projection. Several itens discussed will
be brought up at the July 1st special Workshop of the Council.
Council would like to have a breakdown of how much revenue is
caning fran the three areas of the Club; i.e. golf, pool and
tennis.
Combinations for the Country Club (mmiberehip) was discussed.
The majority felt that this would not be feasible because of
the members who had already paid for a full year pool. It was
also felt that golf should not be made to pick up the slack for
the pool.

Discussion was held concerning the patrol boat operating schedule PATROL BC1AT
and it was suggested that the boat hours of operation be staggered
' throughout the week so as to dissuade improper use of the waterways
around the Village
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the ADJ0IJRI~NT
Workshop session was adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
