VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, APRIL 8, 1982

' Mayor Moore called the Workshop Session to order at 8:15 ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning the Royal American ROYAL AMERICAN
proposal for a 72" pipe under Prosperity Farms Road. 72" PIPE
After hearing comments from representatives of Royal
American and Mr. O'Meilia, our Public Services Director,
it was decided that Mr. Gildan would draft the necessary
papers to approve the 72" pipe-under Prosperity Farms Road
with all the necessary items that must be done, who is
going to do what, when and where, etc. Royal American
is to draft a list as well. As soon as all parties
concerned have agreed as to what should be on paper,
this item will be brought back to Council on Regular
Session - ideally April 22nd.
A discussion was held concerning the "live-aboard" ORDINANCE 14-76
Ordinance, No. 14-76, at Village marinas. It was decided
to leave this Ordinance as is for the time being.
A discussion was held concerning the phone system at PHONE SYSTEM
North Palm Beach Country Club. It was decided that this NPB COUNTRY CLUB
item would be placed on the Regular Session of April 22
if the Country Club Advisory Board had made a recommen-
dation to the Council by that time.
A discussion was held concerning a letter from Mr. John
Orr regarding Perry Cable TV. It was decided that the
Village Manager should write a letter, similar to Mr.
Orr's letter, to Perry Cable TV from the Village.
A discussion was held concerning a boat trailer for
Public Safety Department. It was decided that the
Public Safety Director would advise Council if the boat
can be kept in the water. If so, leave it, if not come
back and advise why it cannot.
There being no further business the Workshop Session was
adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
