Contacted previous engineers who worked on site - no surveys available
Obtained dredge permit w! some cross sections for west channel
Obtained some easement data
SEACOAST UTILITY COORDINATION UPDATE
Met w/ Utility and obtained maps of easements & facilities
No topographic information
Tower to come down in April 2007
Utility plans to maintain fenced area for pump degritting
Would consider land trade if adjacent to pump
PREAPPLICATION MEETINGS UDPATE
Lead Agency will be SFWMD
SFWMD does not favor Mangrove impacts on south
Need to demonstrate avoidance and minimization of mangrove impacts
Will receive impervious credit for shell rock and paved areas
• Manatee Protection Act will dictate number of allowable dock spaces (still draft)
