BILL 1195 – 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET –
ESTABLISHING FEE FOR NON-PROFIT GROUP PLAY GOLF EVENTS; PROVIDING
FOR DEPOSITS FOR GROUP PLAY EVENTS
Consider a motion to approve first reading
of Bill 1195, a proposed ordinance amending the 2005-06 Country Club Enterprise Fund
Budget to establish a standard $35 fee for non-profit organization group play golf events,
and providing for deposits on all group play events.

BILL 1196 – 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE – POLICE & FIRE
PENSION PLAN
Consider a motion to approve first reading of Bill 1196, a proposed
ordinance amending Division 4, Pension and Certain Other Benefits for Fire and Police
Employees, of Article V, of Chapter 2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances to provide
for an amendment to the Board of Trustees.

FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES – NICKLAUS COURSE RENOVATION (TABLED 2/23/06)
Consider a motion engaging Ford & Associates, Inc. as Village Financial Advisor in
soliciting, evaluating, recommending, and reviewing loan financing for the Country Club
Nicklaus course renovation project in an amount not to exceed $6,500 inclusive of out-of-
pocket expenses.

RESOLUTION – PLANNING AND ZONING CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
Consider a motion to adopt a resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Village to
enter into an Agreement with Land Research Management, Inc., to provide general planning
and zoning consulting services.

RESOLUTION – DECLARING PRINTING EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
Consider a motion to adopt
a resolution declaring printing equipment consisting of offset printing press, plate maker, and
light table as surplus equipment and authorizing its disposal.

RESOLUTION – FIREWORKS DISPLAY
Consider a motion to adopt a resolution ranking Bay
Fireworks as the most responsive bidder and authorizing and directing the Village Manager
to issue a purchase order to Pyro Engineering, Inc. d/b/a Pyro Arts by Bay Fireworks for
fireworks display at the Heritage Day/50th Anniversary Celebration.

RESOLUTION – EMS GRANT AWARD
Consider a motion to adopt a resolution certifying
that funds from Palm Beach County EMS Grant Award shall not be used to supplant existing
budget allocation and shall be utilized to improve and expand pre-hospital services in the
coverage area and to meet goals and objectives of EMS County Grant Plan.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature
