BILL 1191 – 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE – BOATS, DOCKS AND
Consider a motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1191, a
WATERWAYS
proposed ordinance amending Chapter 5, Boats, Docks and Waterways, of the Code of
Ordinances by adding a new Section 5-16 entitled “Mooring Limitations in Lagoons (Private
Docks)”; and amending limitation on anchoring and mooring in prohibited area for vessels
engaged in construction or dredging activity.

Consider a motion to approve first reading of Bill 1194, a proposed ordinance creating a
Commercial Planned Unit Development upon 17.9 acres occupied by the Passionist
Monastery of Our Lady of Florida, Inc.

(Sanitation – Capital Automotive); and declaring 1998 garbage truck #63 as surplus.
