Discussion concerning a proposed ordinance amending the Police and Fire Pension Plan by changing normal retirement date from 55 to 52 for 25 years of service; changing multiplier from 2.5% with 60% maximum to 3% with 80% maximum; adding supplemental benefit of $10 per month per year of service; and raising member contribution rate from 2% to 8%. REMARKS COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT – RACHLIN COHEN & HOLTZ. b. Discussion concerning the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Village of North Palm Beach for Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2003, as prepared by Rachlin Cohen & Holtz. REMARKS CODE AMENDMENT – SKATEBOARDING. c. Discussion concerning amending Code to prohibit skateboarding on Village property. REMARKS VOLUNTEER CORPS – DISADVANTAGED RESIDENTS. d. Discussion concerning establishing a Volunteer Corps to assist disadvantaged persons with home improvements. REMARKS AUDITING OF INSURANCE CLAIMS. e. Discussion concerning auditing of medical insurance claims by independent company on a contingency basis.
