STATEMENT OF PERCENTAGE INCREASE IN MILLAGE OVER THE ROLLED-BACK RATE 3. PUBLIC HEARING – OPERATING BUDGET FOR 2004-2005 FISCAL YEAR. Thursday, September 23, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. is the date and time to hear the public concerning the proposed 2004-2005 operating budget, including the North Palm Beach Country Club. COMMENTS 4. RESOLUTION 57-2004 - MILLAGE. Consider a motion to adopt Resolution 57-2004, a proposed resolution levying a tax on real and personal property located within the corporate limits of the Village of North Palm Beach on January 1, 2004, fixing the total valuation thereon and the tax millage rate thereon for said tax year; and repealing all resolutions in conflict with this resolution. ACTION 5. BILL 1149 – BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005. Consider a motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1149, a proposed ordinance adopting budgets for the fiscal year October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005, both inclusive, for the Village of North Palm Beach General Fund, including Debt Retirement, and for the Village of North Palm Beach Country Club Revenue Fund; and repealing all ordinances in conflict with this ordinance. Enact Bill 1149 as Ordinance 25-2004. ACTION 6. ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
