A., specifying procedures for internal audit of the Village’s payroll for Fiscal Year Ending 9/30/03. REMARKS ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH RANGER CONSTRUCTION. b. Discussion concerning encroachment of a signal mast arm at 501 U. S. Highway One on Village property by Ranger Construction, the contractor for FDOT; mitigation by Ranger Construction to partially pave the Village Hall parking lot. REMARKS NLBTF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT – AMENDED AND RESTATED. c. Discussion concerning the amended and restated Interlocal Agreement with the City of Palm Beach Gardens and Palm Beach County, which amends and restates the Interlocal Agreement dated 9/2/97, which created the Northlake Boulevard Task Force. REMARKS NLBTF STREETSCAPE PHASE 1 - CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. d. Discussion concerning award of NLBTF streetscape construction contract to Taycon Construction, Inc., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Discussion concerning Financial Assistance Agreement with revisions and comments by Palm Beach County. REMARKS DOGWOOD ROAD – TRAFFIC. f. Discussion concerning Public Safety Report resulting from neighborhood meeting and alternatives available to ease speeding along Dogwood Road. REMARKS “COMMUNITIES FOR A LIFETIME” (ELDER CARE). g. Discussion concerning program established for “Communities for a Lifetime”, previously known as “Elder Care” program. REMARKS MOTORIZED SCOOTERS – CODE AMENDMENT. h.
