Discussion concerning a proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to execute a Local Agency Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the Northlake Boulevard Streetscape Project. REMARKS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT – PALM BEACH COUNTYWIDE COASTAL COUNCIL. c. Discussion concerning a proposed resolution authorizing withdrawal from the Beaches and Shores Council, and entering into an Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County and other agencies to form the Coastal Council. REMARKS MARINE AND WATERWAY BOARD. d. Discussion concerning the establishment of a Village Board to address marine and waterway issues within the Village, with possible merging with the Manatee Board. REMARKS TENNIS PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT REVIEW AND RESURFACING OF COURTS. f. Discussion concerning the Tennis Professional’s Contract and the resurfacing and maintenance of the tennis courts. REMARKS REPORTING PROCEDURES – OUTSIDE GROUPS. g. Discussion concerning establishing a reporting procedure for outside groups using Village name or facilities. REMARKS GENERAL EMPLOYEES PENSION BOARD AMENDMENT. h. Discussion concerning amending the General Employees Pension Plan to allow the option of refunding contributions made by a vested terminated employee. REMARKS CODE AMENDMENT – ALARM RENEWALS. i. Discussion concerning amending Section 19-211, Issuance of Alarm System Permits, adding a clause to establish a late fee for non-renewal of alarm permits by due date.
