Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any

Session or Workshop Session Agenda may do so when the issue comes up for discussion. Those wishing
to speak should complete a Statement from the Public Card (located at back of Council Chambers) and

PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2010-05 – VOLUNTARY
1.
ANNEXATION OF 9264 OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY
Consider a motion to adopt and enact on
second reading Ordinance 2010-05, annexing approximately 1.70 acres of real property located
south of Richard Road, west of the Florida East Coast Railway right-of-way and east of Old Dixie
Highway.

PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2010-06 – CODE AMENDMENT –

SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS
Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading
Ordinance 2010-06, amending Article III, Sidewalks and Driveways, of Chapter 24, Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places, by allowing for the replacement or expansion of non-conforming
driveway aprons and transferring duties relating to construction, inspection, and permitting of
driveways and sidewalks from the Village Engineer to the Building Official.
ACTION

The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or
pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically
convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.

E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS
RESOLUTION – LEASE AGREEMENT FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT

COUNTRY CLUB
Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Lease
Agreement with Paaris Gourmet, Inc. d/b/a C’est Si Bon Catering to conduct food and
beverage operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club.
ACTION
RESOLUTION – FIRE RESCUE GRANT AWARD
2. Consider a motion to adopt a proposed
resolution accepting a grant award from the FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program,
amending the FY2010 Budget to reflect receipt of grant funds and required matching funds of
$3,490.00, and authorizing the sole source purchase of personal protective gear.
