Vice Mayor Noel called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of the Council were
present except Mayor Eissey, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.

7•he purpose of the meeting was to place on first reading the ordinances which will submit
Charter amendments to referendum.
