Any existing palms that conflict with new sidewalks are to be relocated to an on-site location to be determined by the Owner or Architect. 2. All grassed areas disturbed by construction or demolition activity to be regraded, sodded with Floratam and irrigated as soon as related work activities have been completed. The building's exterior and grounds are to be maintained with an undisturbed appearance whenever possible. 3. After removal and salvage of the existing emergency generator, its associated fuel tank maybe removed for salvage or abandoned in place. If abandoned in place, it is to be drained of all fuel, disconnected from all below ground piping and filled with sand. 4. The Owner intends to mark existing fiber optic lines in and around the building. Avoid contact with these lines at all cost. Prior to beginning any demolition work, confirm with the Owner that all marking activity is completed. 5. The building's file roof is approximately 2-years old. All due care to keep it in its existing condition shall betaken. New roof penetrations shall be made with compatible metal flashing and roofing membrane material.
