Section 1. 7'he bid of Williams Scotsman, Inc., West Palm Beach, Florida, for three (3)
temporary office trailers, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
capended from K5500-66200 (Village Hall Renovation -Capital).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

1. Delivery and Return of unit(s) is based on clear and easy access to site for truckand equipment. Undergound utilities
must be clearly marked at site.
2. Monitoring is required with all TattleTale rentals.
COMMENT(S):
- Williams Scotsman is not responsible for permits, drawings or changes to local building codes.
- Full service warranty during lease term does not include replacing air conditioning filters, light bulbs, Acts of
God or vandalism.
- Customers are required to have the air conditioning coils cleaned by a certified A/C technician every six months
during lease term.
*!* THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 57.00 PER ANCHOR FOR UNITS SET ON
CONCRETE OR ASPHALT. WS WILL SUPPLY A SIGNED AND SEALED FOUNDATION PLAN FOR

above described Equipment Upon delivery, and until a subsequent Lease Agreement is executed by Williams Scotsman (az Lessor) and Customer (az Lessee). Nc Sundard

The items described above comprise the Equipment, which the Customer desires to leaze from Williams Scotsman. All equipment is subject to availability. Physical
Damage and Commercial Liability Insurance coverage ere required beginning on th<date of the Equipment's Delivery. In addition to the above quoted prices,
customer shall also pay to Williams Scotsman any local, slate, federal, or personal property loxes end or any fees related to the Equipment and/or its use (I(taxes
and/or (ccs arc quoted above, they ere subject to change based on delivery address.) Payment terms ere net 20 days. Permits, footings, seeps, site preparation, elcclrical,
and plumbing connections arc not included in the quoted price unless specifically slated.
