A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE ADMINISTRATION'S PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF TIKI HUTS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB
POOL, IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT
A5540-49950 HURRICANE EXPENSES; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 36-2005 OF
THE VILLAGE; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of Tiki Huts at
the North Palm Beach Country Club pool in the amount of $9,000. The Village Administration
decision to purchase and install these Tiki Huts is hereby ratified using monies expended from
account A5540-49950, Hurricane Expenses.
Section 2. Resolution 36-2005 of the Village is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
