2005-069 NPBCClub Merchandising Agreement with Tennis and MoreRESOLUTION 69-2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TENNIS AND MORE, PALM BEACH
GARDENS, FL, FOR THE MERCHANDISING OF THE TENNIS PRO SHOP AT THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby approves the merchandising agreement from Tennis
and More, Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary and
appropriate actions to effect the implementation of said merchandise.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
