RESOLUTION 36-2005
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TIKI
HUTS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB POOL, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$22,400.00, FROM FLORIDA TIKI HUTS, CORAL SPRINGS, FL., FUNDS TO BE
EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT A5540-49950 HURRICANE EXPENSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby approves the purchase and installation of Tiki Huts at
the North Palm Beach Country Club pool in the amount of $22,400.00, from Florida Tiki Huts,
Coral Springs, Florida. The appropriate Village officials are hereby authorized and directed to
purchase and install said Tiki Huts. The monies are to be expended from account A5540-49950,
Hurricane Expenses.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF APRIL, 2005.
