residents of your community and members of your unit to find out about upcoming activities and events, and it gives
them the pleasure of looking over past events and activities. Furthermore, it gives other adoptive communities the
opportunity to see what is being done elsewhere across the county, and, perhaps most importantly, it encourages
communities that may be thinking of adopting a unit themselves to go ahead and do so.
As outlined in the ASA Handbook for Cities, we need you to agree to the certain conditions by signing this form and
returning it to us, before we can post your items on the ASA website.
1) By signing this form, you verify to us that people seen in a picture or whose names are used in a news item,

abroad.
3) By signing this form, you verify to ASA that ASA's use of any picture submitted by you, unless it is clearly an illustration
included in a newspaper or magazine article, does not and will not infringe on any copyright or trademark right of

an appropriate manner, as specified herein, ASA shall not be liable to any party to this agreement or any third party for
claims arising from ASA's use of the submitted content, including, but not limited to, any claims of copyright violation
