RESOLUTION – ACCEPTANCE OF FY 2023 AUDIT REPORT Consider a motion to adopt a resolution accepting the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report prepared by the Village Auditor for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2023; and authorizing its filing with the State. 16. RESOLUTION – PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR REPLACEMENT OF EAST ALLEY WALL Consider a motion to adopt a resolution approving a proposal from Engenuity Group, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services for the replacement of the East Alley Wall at a total cost of $99,744; and authorizing the Village Manager to execute all required documents to effectuate these services.
