A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
`"~ NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF A
TRAILER FACILITY FROM GE MODULAR SPACE FOR USE AS A
TEMPORARY TENNIS BUILDING AND AUTHORIZING VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATION TO TAKE ALL STEPS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE
SUCH LEASE AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF RELATED
IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village wishes to lease a trailer facility for use as a temporary building at the
Village tennis facility during renovations of the existing structure; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the lease, delivery, set up and related improvements shall be expended
from the Country Club Contingency Account (Account # L8070-49910); and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
~.. Section 2. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, hereby
approves the lease of a trailer facility from GE Modular Space at a cost not to exceed
$15,070.00, which shall include delivery, design and set up. The Village Council authorizes
Village Administration to take all steps necessary to effectuate the lease agreement.
Section 3. The cost of the temporary facility and related improvements (utility hook ups,
landscaping, ramps and sidewallcs) shall be funded from the Country Club Contingency Account
(Account #L8070-49910). The amount of the related improvements shall not exceed $8,000.00.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
