A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
• NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A BUDGET AMENDMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFERRING UNUSED CAPITAL EXPENDITURE
MONEY TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR USE DURING THE
2009-10 FISCAL YEAR; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council seeks to set aside approved capital project items included in the
budget for Fiscal year 2008-09, for which purchase orders were not issued by September 30, 2009,
through a transfer into the Village Capital Projects Fund to allow use of these funds during the
2009-10 Fiscal Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recital is ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
approve the budget amendment for transfer of capital expenditures listed below:

Section 3. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
budget amendment for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
