2001-009 Authorizes Finance Director & VM to Execute Financial Reports
RESOLUTION 09-2001
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EITHER THE FINANCE DIRECTOR OR THE
VILLAGE MANAGER OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE FINANCIAL REPORTS ON
BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PUBLIC
DEPOSITOR ANNUAL REPORT TO THE TREASURER OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA,
FORM D14-1009 and D14-1295; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
authorize either its Finance Director or its Village Manager to execute financial reports on
behalf of the Village, including, but not limited to, the Public Depositor Annual Report to the
Treasurer of the State of Florida, Form D14-1009 and D14-1295.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
