BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK
TO ENTER INTO A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT FOOD
AND BEVL'RAGE OPERATIONS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB WITH
J.I;.D.I,., INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", WHICH
AMENDMENT DELETES THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE VILLAGE ESTABLISH AND
IMPLEMENT A MINIMUM RESTAURANT CHARGE OF TEN ($10.00) PER MONTH FOR
ANNUAL, GOLF MEMBERSI~IP; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BI; I'I' RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby approve
the Fourth Amendment to Lease Agreement to conduct food and beverage operations at the North
Palm Bcach Country Club with J.E.D.L., Inc., a Florida Corporation, attached as Exhibit "A", which
Amendment deletes the requirement that the Village establish and implement a minimum restaurant
charge of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per month for annual golf membership.
Section 2. 7'he Village Council does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and Village Clerk to
execute the Fourth amendment to Lease Agreement with J.E.D.L. Inc. for and on behalf of the
Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

• FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
TO CONDUCT FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT
THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT is to that certain Lease Agreement to Conduct Food
and Beverage Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club dated the 29th day of
October, 1999, by and between VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, a Florida municipal
corporation, hereinafter called "VILLAGE," and J. E. D.L., INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called "LESSEE."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, VILLAGE and LESSEE are desirous of amending the Lease Agreement
to delete the requirement that the Village establish and implement a minimum restaurant
charge of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per month for annual golf membership.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual benefits,
promises and agreements herein contained, it is agreed as follows:
1. VILLAGE and LESSEE agree that subsection F of paragraph 9 of the Lease
Agreement that required the Village to establish and implement a minimum restaurant
charge of Ten ($10.00) per month for annual golf membership shall be deleted in its
entirety.
2. All terms and provisions of the Lease Agreement, First Amendment, Second
• Amendment and Third Amendment to Lease Agreement between the parties that are not
specifically in conflict with this Fourth Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
