2001-070 Substation Lease Extension~~ RESOLUTION 70-2001 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIItECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAMS SCOTSMAN, BVC., WHICH ADDENDUM IS ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", AND EXTENDS THE LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE DEMISED PREMISES AND MODULAR BUILDING FOR A PUBLIC SAFETY SUBSTATION FROM SEPTEMBER I, 2001 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2002; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the Addendum to Lease Agreement with Williams Scotsman, Inc. attached as Exhibit "A", which Addendum extends the Lease of the demised premises and modular building for a Public Safety substation from September 1, 2001 through August 31, 2002. Section 2. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Addendum to Lease Agreement with Williams Scotsman, Inc. set forth in Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. The rental rate per month during the Extension Term shall be $430.00 plus applicable taxes, which Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor in advance on the 15th day of each month during the Extension Term. 3.
