1. LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT Council discussion regarding the status, funding,
and next steps for the Lighthouse Drive Bridge Replacement.
ADJOURNMENT
If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Counci l meeting,
he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties
and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.

State Funding:•Funding coming through FDOT•Public Works Staff met with FDOT•Staff will prepare RFQ and send to FDOT for approval•FDOT will send funding agreement with RFQ approval•Funding agreement brought to Council for approval
Next Steps:•Send out RFQ to secure consulting team•Bring Consultant team to Council for approval•Negotiate scope and fee and bring to Council for approval•Issue PO / Notice to proceed•Begin work on plans and public input
