A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO
ENTER INTO AN ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND
WILLIAMS SCOTSMAN, INC., WHICH ADDENDUM IS ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A" AND
EXTENDS THE LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE DEMISED PREMISES AND MODULAR
BUILDING FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE SUBSTATION FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2000, TO
SEPTEMBER 1, 2001; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
13E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
approve the Addendum to Lease Agreement with Williams Scotsman, Inc. attached as Exhibit "A"
which Addendum extends the Lease Agreement of the demised premises and modular building for
a public service substation from September 1, 2000, to September 1, 2001.
Section 2. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
agreement with Williams Scotsman, Inc. as set forth in Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the Village
of North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

B this Addendum, Williams Scotsman, Inc. and the Lessee (listed
above) agree to modify the original lease agreement, dated 08/15/94
as set forth below.
1. The rental term for the equipment identified above, shall be
extended from 9/01/00 through B/31/O1 (the 'Extension
Term').
2. The rental rate per month during the Extension Term shall be
$ 430.00 plus applicable taxes, which Lessee agrees to pay to
Lessor in advance on the 15th day of each month during the
Extension Term.
3. All other Terms and Conditions of the original Lease Agreement
shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
