2000-056 CClub Restaurant Lease Amendment• RESOLUTION 56-2000 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB WITH J.E.D.L., ]NC., BY ADDING A STORAGE SPACE TO THE DEMISED PREMISES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE ]T RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the First Amendment to Lease Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club with J.E.D.L., INC., attached as Exhibit "A", which First Amendment is for the purpose of adding a storage space described in an attachment to the First Amendment. Section 2. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment to Lease Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club with J.E.D.L., INC., set forth in Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2000. (Village Seal) MAYOR • ATT ST• ~ (1/I~/C- VILLAGE CLERK • FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT THE NORTH PAs"NL~~G~iSOUNTRY CLUB THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is to that certain Lease Agreement to Conduct Food and Beverage Operations at the North Palm Beach Country Club dated the 29th day of October, 1999, by and between VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation, hereinafter called "VILLAGE; and J.E.D.L., INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter tailed "LESSEE.' W17NESSETH: WHEREAS, VILLAGE and LESSEE are desirous of amending the Lease Agreement by amending Section 1, Dp1llLge and Descrlotlon of Premises, to add a Storage space to the demised premises. NOW, THEREFORE, inconsideration of the premises and of the mutual benefits, promises and agreements herein contained, it is agreed as follows: 1. Section 1, Demise a~ Descrintlon of Premises of the Lease Agreement is hereby amended to add the storage space to the demised premises. The storage space is set forth on Fachibit "A' attached hereto and made a part of this First Amendment. 2.
