A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALFIE'S BAR & RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT, WEST PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,370 FOR A GAS PIZZA OVEN FOR THE
COUNTRY CLUB CLUBHOUSE SNACK BAR; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM L8059-
66210 (CLUBHOUSE GROUNDS EXPENSE -CONSTRUCTION & MAJOR RENOVATION).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Alfie's Baz & Restaurant Equipment, West Palm Beach, Florida,
in the amount of $11,370 for a gas pizza oven for the Country Club clubhouse snack bar, a copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from L8059-66210
(Clubhouse Grounds Expense -Construction & Major Renovation).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon deliveryof the pizza oven on or before
the close of business on September 12, 2000; however, if the pizza oven is not delivered to the
Village by the close of business on September 12, 2000, this Resolution and award of bid shall
become null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2000.
