A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AND IMPLEMENTING JOB TITLES FOR SERVICE AND BUSINESS
WORKERS OF AMERICA (SBWA) ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A" FROM THE
COMPENSATION STUDY OF HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE CONSULTANTS
(HRPC); AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Effective October 1, 1999, the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, does hereby accept and implement the job titles for Service and Business Workers of
America (SBWA) attached as Exhibit "A" from the compensation study of Human Resource
Performance Consultants (HRPC).
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000.
