Knowles Property Location: 643 Pilot Road, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 ("Property") Legal Description: Lot 10, Block 10, Country Club Addition to the Village of North Palm Beach, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 130 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida (PCN: 68- 43-42-16-06-010-0100) Request: Dimensional Exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is twelve (12) feet in height and forty (40) feet in length. THIS MATTER came before the Village Council for hearing on January 12, 2023. After considering the testimony and other evidence presented by the Applicant and Village Staff, the Village Council hereby makes the following findings of fact: 1. The hearing was properly noticed in accordance with Section 18-35.1(12) of the Village Code of Ordinances. 2. Applicant's request meets the requirements for approval of a dimensional exception as set forth in Section 18-35.1 of the Village Code of Ordinances. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, it is ORDERED by the Village Council that the Applicants' request for a dimensional exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is twelve (12) feet in height and forty (40) feet in length is hereby APPROVED subject to the following conditions: A. All installed hedging material must grow to completely screen the Recreational Vehicle within two (2) years of the date of this Order. B. If any of the trees or shrubs on the Property or on adjacent property that are currently providing screening are removed, they shall be replaced on the Property or the adjacent property within six (6) months of their removal.
