407 Oyster RdVILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA ORDER GRANTING DIMENSIONAL EXCEPTION Applicants: Jose and Laura Mesa Property Location: 407 Oyster Road, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 ("Property") Legal Description: Lot 15, Block 4, Country Club Addition to the Village of North Palm Beach, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 130 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida (PCN: 68- 43-42-16-06-004-0150) Request: Dimensional Exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven (11) feet in height and thirty-two (32) feet in length. THIS MATTER came before the Village Council for hearing on September 22, 2022. After considering the testimony and other evidence presented by the Applicant and Village Staff, the Village Council hereby makes the following findings of fact: 1. The hearing was properly noticed in accordance with Section 18-35.1(12) of the Village Code of Ordinances. 2. Applicant's request meets the requirements for approval of a dimensional exception as set forth in Section 18-35.1 of the Village Code of Ordinances. Based on the foregoing findings of fact, it is ORDERED by the Village Council that the Applicants' request for a dimensional exception from Section 18-35.1(6) of the Village Code of Ordinances to store a Recreational Vehicle on the Property that is eleven (11) feet in height and thirty-two (32) feet in length is hereby APPROVED subject to the following conditions: A. If any of the trees or shrubs on the Property or on adjacent property that are currently providing screening are removed, they shall be replaced on the Property or the adjacent property within six (6) months of their removal. B. The mesh fabric currently being used as screening material shall be removed within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
