RESOLUTION NO. 38-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF A CERTAIN "DRAINAGE
EASEMENT" LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN LOT 24 OF THE "MILLING'S CAY" PLAT
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section I . The Village Council does hereby abandon that certain "Drainage Easement"
located wholly within Lot 24 of the "Milling's Cay" Plat being a replat of Tract 2 and a portion
of Tract 3 according to the Plat of "Harbour Point Marina" as recorded in Plat Book 73, Pages
99 and 100 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, said easement being more
particularly described by Exhibit "A" (attached).
Section 2. This Resolution shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF AUGUST , 1995.

BEING A STRIP OF LAND LYING 8 FEET EACH SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 2; THENCE NORTH 01.57'32' EAST, A
DISTANCE OF 314.73 70 A POINT OF CURVATURE OF A CIRCULAR CURVE CONCAVE TO THE
SOUTHEAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 88.00 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 89.42'36'; THENCE
NORTHERLY AND EASTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, AN ARC DISTANCE OF 108.47 FEET;
ThiENCE SOUTH 88.19'52' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 154.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (THE
LAST THREE DESCRIBED COURSES BEING COINCIDENT WITH THE BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 2);
THENCE NORTH 01.60'15' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 38.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88.09'45' EAST, A
DISTANCE OF 8.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF TERMINATION.
